Special sound-absorbing insulation further reduces sound levels.

Two-stage design.
The G32V furnace has two levels of heat output: high for cold winter days and low for milder days. Since the low setting is adequate to meet household-heating demands approximately 80% of the time, the G32V furnace is much quieter than conventional single-stage furnaces.

Variable-speed motor.
The G32V furnace ramps up to speed slowly, instead of reaching full capacity all at once. Smooth, gradual speed buildup means there’s no sudden “kick” or blast of air at startup. The G32V operates quietly and smoothly, keeping temperature consistent and humidity under control.

COMFORT HEATING
Precise temperature control.
The single-stage furnace has been the standard for years. It delivers full heating capacity every time it runs, regardless of weather conditions. This results in a temperature swing of two degrees of more above or below the thermostat setting.

The G32V two-stag furnace sets a new standard. It’s like having two furnaces in one: a small furnace (low heat) for mild days and a larger furnace (high heat) for extreme cold days. Because the G32V operates at low capacity about 80% of the time, it runs for longer periods and provides more even heat distribution, regulating temperature to within as little as one degree of the thermostat setting.

Enhanced humidity control.
The furnace’s variable-speed motor enhances the ability of the system’s air conditioner to remove more moisture from the air than standard motors.

Better air circulation.
The G32V features low-speed continuous fan operation which provides better air circulation, resulting in more even temperatures.

INDOOR AIR QUALITY
Cleaner air.
In addition to providing more even temperatures, low-speed continuous fan operation slowly circulates air between heating and cooling cycles to increase the effectiveness of filters and any other air quality devices you may have.

Low humidity levels.
The G60V features enhanced humidity control which is critical to maintaining a healthy living environment. When moisture levels are high the potential for mold growth increases.
